Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancel or reschedule

• Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your booked time and you will receive a full refund, or we will move your booking to a new slot at no charge.
• Requests made less than 12 hours before the booked time, or after the crew has arrived, may not be eligible for a refund because the time slot has been reserved for you. We will always review these fairly and may offer to reschedule.
• To cancel or reschedule, call +971 56 877 7073, message us on WhatsApp, or email hello@thecrewcarwash.ae with your booking reference.

2. If we cancel or cannot attend

If we need to cancel or reschedule, for example because of severe weather, a safety concern or crew unavailability, we will contact you and offer a new time or a full refund. The same applies if we cannot confirm a booking that was held for manual review.

3. If you are not available

If our crew arrives and cannot reach you, or cannot access the vehicle, they will wait a reasonable time and try to contact you. If the wash still cannot go ahead, the booking may be treated as missed.

4. If you are not satisfied with the wash

Please tell us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of service, and share your booking reference and photos if you can. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer a re-wash of the affected areas, a partial refund, or a full refund. Please see our Service Disclaimer for the limits of what a wash can achieve.

5. How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in AED, through our payment provider.
• We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the amount in your account.
• If a payment was taken but no booking was created, contact us with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
