• Booking details: your name, mobile number, email address, service address and area, vehicle type and wash package, and your chosen date and time.
• Enquiries: the details and message you send through our contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Your card number and security code are entered on the provider's secure page and are not seen or stored by us. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type and pages visited, which our hosting provider may log for security and reliability.

2. How we use it

• To take, confirm, schedule and carry out your booking.
• To contact you about your booking, including confirmations, changes and follow-up.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To respond to your questions and concerns.
• To keep records required by law and to protect the security of our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to run the service:

• Our payment provider, to process your payment.
• Service providers that host this website, store booking data and send email notifications, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• Our crew, who receive only the details needed to reach you and complete your wash.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle any concern or refund, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our admin dashboard. No online service is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your data safe.

6. Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function (for example, to keep the owner dashboard login secure). We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

In line with UAE data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, subject to our legal record-keeping duties. To make a request, contact us at hello@thecrewcarwash.ae or +971 56 877 7073. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children

Our service is intended for adults who own or are responsible for a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
