1. Our commitment

Our crew uses suitable products and methods and takes reasonable care with every vehicle. If you have a concern about your wash, we want to hear about it and put it right where we can.

2. What a wash can and cannot do

• A wash cleans the vehicle but is not a repair or restoration. It cannot remove scratches, swirl marks, paint defects, stone chips, faded paint, rust, or deeply set stains.
• Heavy soiling, tar, sap, paint overspray or long-standing marks may not come off fully, or may need a specialist treatment.
• Results can vary with the condition of the vehicle, the weather, dust and the water available at the location.

3. Existing condition of the vehicle

Vehicles may have existing wear or damage that is not always visible before washing, such as loose trim, cracked or poorly repaired paint, aftermarket parts, worn seals or damaged sensors. Please let the crew know about any such areas before the wash starts so they can take extra care.

4. Personal belongings

Please remove valuables and loose personal items from the vehicle before the crew arrives. Our crew will not move or handle valuables.

5. Location and conditions

Washing takes place at the address you provide. You are responsible for confirming that washing is permitted at that location (for example, in a residential community or a workplace car park). Our crew may decline or pause a wash if conditions are unsafe, such as severe weather or restricted access.

6. If you have a concern

Please tell us on the day of service if you can, or as soon as you notice something, with your booking reference and photos. We will review it fairly, in good faith and promptly, and, where we are responsible, put it right through a re-wash, repair arrangement or refund as appropriate.
